No, instead I have the 2degree wedges (1/2" at top tapering to nothing at bottom) between my motor & jack plate. Essentially same function but less tendency to force the bow to stuff waves in rough water. With the 21s skid planer you really shouldn't need the foil unless you are running a small prop. With the Hydromotive X-OB the prop keeps the hulls stern up at low speed & in rough water.
