Jeff I think this is the adapter I used when I changed my current boat over to hydraulic.Not one hundred percent positive tho. The adapter I used did allow me to use my steering wheel and Allison center cap. Ended up using two blinker style trim and jackplate swichtes...

Brian I think I have new one in storage about 100 miles from here. I will check, going to be there Saturday or Sunday. I also have a new tension cable, new steering cable, new cap and a complete OMC trolling motor. Trolling motor has a cracked cap, still worked great when I replaced it.

Thanks Slomofo The motor did work when hooked up straight to the battery. I raised the motor up that way for now. Until I can figure out what is going on with it, I left it up. I know it did not handle well with the gearcase buried all the way down, it really got squirrely when trying to run...
