I looked at those pictures before I posted on here, I guess the the HB mount is different than the one for the Lowrance, the hb transducer has the cable in the middle, when you put the mount on the leading edge of the planer there is not enough room between it and the hull,and it looks like you...

Wow almost 50k for just a hull and trailer is that the Canadian price or is that pretty much the standard everywhere?

I've been using the maxx's from wally world and have had pretty good luck with them. Biggest advantage there is usually a wally world close by if one goes bad.

I have been in xb-21 Prosport with a 225pm, when said engine expired it was replaced with a 300xs, there is no comparision between the two. The 3.0L is way better on these hulls. I love my 250xs on my 21' prosport.

Farmers has been the best one for me, they use Foremost Insurance Company.
