I have a 2003 with 14in. set back and a 260 merc. My tounge will pull out with 2 pins pulled so only about a inch sticks out where the winch come down. My garage is 19.6 x 19.6 and it sits in diag. Its tough for me to get it in and out but been doining for 8 years.

From what I have seen. You guys may want to put Mercury gear lube in these hubs. Much better than any synthitic than I have seen. Goes with lower unit too.

I have a ski pole. You want to make sure you can lift your hatches. when installed.

I had one I mounted on my XB2003. Used it a few time and took it off. Sorry no pictures. If you are interested in one that is about 7 years old I will sell it for half of new the new price.
