swim ladders on Grandsport
I used an E ladder and made my own bracket but there’s a guy I think in Florida that actually makes a ladder for Allisons.

1-2% leak down is perfect, I wouldn’t be concerned until over 8%.

Screw hole repair
Bigger holes require fiberglass but if it’s a small shallow screw hole you can sand the edges of the hole and fill it with gel then polish it out.

The Grand Sport, even though it shares the same bottom as the xb2003 runs totally different with the lip. The lighter bow in the Grand Sport lets you get away with running big numbers with the factory lip.

Any type of plate under the jackplate definitely helps, with backwash and keeping the bow down on holeshot.

I used aluminum flat bar to space out the lids to make them more even. I put the lids back on using stainless machine screws and lock nuts.
