29 tempest plus blue printed by rich boger

this is a 29 tempest plus that i had rich boger work up for my 18' champion. my motor could turn it to 6000 rpm with the 2.00 gears with a gps speed of 74.7 would like to get $425 or trade on a 28 chopper two
