Baitcaster try this.

Open a "Reply to Thread" page.
Write something in the opened page.
Scroll down to "Additional Options" see where it says "Manage Attachments" left click it.
Now a new box will open. Left click a "Browse box"
That will open your "Chose file" on your computer. Get to the picture of the seats and double left click it.
Now the pic is listed in the "Browse box" you opened.
Left click the upload button.
Click "Submit Reply" and your done.
