Start drinking at 11:00 am tell 5;00 pm back to room take nap then eat and get ready for the evening party !!!!! The schedule for the week ! !!!! HAVE. FUN !!!

well this will kinda sum it up for the week.... we have around 60 people showing up on saturday the 14... from noon till dark.... hotel will start dinner events that evening.. pretty much a meet and greet ,hugs and kisses day,lmao! and of course we have a new big azz grill to put together 
.then on sunday with most everyone showing up, that puts us at almost full headcount for the week, around 85 to 90.. we will be going to water starting sunday and grillin on beach starts sunday and we will have grillin on da beach through friday that is sponsored too..it will be a more relaxed set up with food this year, as dinner times will be between 7:30 and 9:30 pm every evening.everyone can roll in and eat at your own will..as far as a river run that will be determinded by everyone on monday. we will have a rally meeting on friday nite to discuss future events and have the award nite. friday nite WILL be the only nite i will run around like a mad man rounding everyone up.lmao!
this year is alittle different from past events as far as sponsors and food. but i personally would like to thank all the people in the past years for there help year after year. the oaklahoma gang of larry and ron cates, don brackeen, glenn ruggs,james abston, john and david morgan,........
