looking for complete 2.5

i am looking for a complete 2.5 outboard rig i have a 3 liter 250 that is new with only about 10 hours on it i will sell or trade towards a promax 2.5 i would like to find a 260 or 280 but would settle for a 225. the 250 is a good motor but just does not do well on the back of my 2003 xb can anyone help me out?

Can you send me pic. I have very very clean 2.5 Mercury 225 Pro Max SS with shaven head 35 cc and with the ecu work by repair with the limiter move to 7500 prm and the fuel move up 2To 3 %. There are picture of my engine on the xb 2003 owner. Ron Sanches is my name and is your motor 250 xs maybe can work a trade.

Plus if you have a 250XS you may look to pm Bill Smith on the xb 2003 owner site. He has his motor dail in it is almost running 100 mph with the 250 XS motor.

i wish it was the xs but it is not just a regular efi if any one still wants pics let me know but i know that it is not exactlly the top pic of motors for allison boats.
