I've received quite a few calls and texts with questions on how everything works and costs and meals and what to bring etc. etc. for the rally. Obviously from the new owners which we are excited about having come to this years rally. Here's a basic overview of what we provide and what you can expect "out of pocket"
We will provide beer and water for the week. It will be in a trailer set up near the pavillion. Use it for your boat during the day and it's there for the evening. Euchee sells ice.
Sunday late afternoon picnic at Cobbs Dock compliments Cobb!
Monday nite Shrimp boil by Skewby at Euchee pavilion provided by rally
Tuesday nite Spaghetti dinner by Skewby at Euchee pavilion provided by rally
Wed lunch provided by Lou and evening cookout at Euchee pavilion provided by rally
Friday & Saturday nites cookout at Euchee pavilion provided by rally
What you can expect to be responsible for:
Euchee Resort will have a breakfast buffet each morning from 8:00AM to 11:00AM at the restaurant.
Any food and beverage stops (such as lunch) during the day throughout the week while running the Bar.
The cost of the Tshirt and coozie
Any items in the gift shop at the factory on Thursday that you wish to purchase.
All fuel and incidentals etc.
THURSDAY BANQUET AT LOUISVILLE TOWN HALL. We have tried to keep the owners expenses to a minimum throughout the week. The rally attendance has grown and especially this year being the 60th Anniversary of Allison Boats. We will be asking a charge of $10.00 per adult and children free. The rally organizers just don't have the funds for this kind of expense. We hope you understand.
And last but not least what is expected of you and that is ............ TO HAVE FUN!!!
Here are two important addresses:
3623 Louisville Rd
Louisville, TN 37777
The above is the address for the Town Hall building. It's about a mile west of the Allison's on Louisville Rd. (Rt.333)
Louisville Point Park
Louisville, TN 37777
This is where we launch on Thursday and have the BBQ at 12 noon
