Talk to Todd at Hydromotive ; he can build a custom prop that will be a good all around prop !!!

My own best guess is a Hydromotive 27" quad 4 O/T. This will give good accelleration and top speed ( about 91 to 93 GPS ) and also good rough water performance.

I have the 14 1/2" X 30" Hoss Hyperdrive ( three blade). Good all around prop ; good top speed , bites well and does not blow out at high trim or jackplate heights.

I still have a 28" Hydromotive quad 4 O/T that is another good all around prop ---- stable and easy driving , good speed, carries load well and is a good rough water prop.

I also have had good performance from stock Mercury choppers.

The boat is a XB2002 with mod Promax 225.

There are a lot of great props out there… Mercury Chopper II’s carry weight well, the Mercury Lighting ET’s carry weight good with excellent mid acceleration and top speed without sacrificing holeshot.
