I have the new gas cap assembly 25.00 shipped. One steering helm and racks in excellent shape 75.00 shipped. One steering cable in good shape make offer.lol

Will the new gas cap assembly fit in the same opening as my original on an XTB? I have a relatively flat gas fill lid with a small ridge running across the middle and it can be difficult to remove when tight. What do the new ones look like and will it bolt in place of the older ones or are new holes required?

I'll try an call Bill and ask. The new ones are chrome..flat topped..with ridges to get a grip on. I hated my old one as well.
