vinyl stains

What do I use for vinyl stains? In this case--bird droppings actually stained vinyl and gel-coat. Almost had to sand gel, acetone barely got it out.

Try Bleche-Wite tire cleaner,I wouldn't let it soak in, try in a hidden area first, (used to be Whestley's) or 303 Vinyl cleaner.
