    It's SPRING....so what's new?

Still have not had the boat in the water but everyone claims it helps a lot on the holeshot. I added the foil too. I hoping with both of them I notice a good change. I think it was like $350?? Somewhere around there. It takes a little screwing around mounting it up, you have to drill holes, make...

    It's SPRING....so what's new?

The pedal takes so much less effort than my old one. And the shifter shifts super nice as well. I feel they were both really nice upgrades

    It's SPRING....so what's new?

My boat had a aftermarket shifter already in it with no wires going to it. Can't help you there unfortunately

    It's SPRING....so what's new?

There is a switch on the back of the shifter to hook up to. Mine is disconnected so I can start in gear, I took the switch off so it would fit through the install hole. The GS is super thick right there and I couldn't get the shifter assembly in with the switch on. The hole would need to be...

    It's SPRING....so what's new?

Shifter was real simple, uses the stock cable. Just need to make a bigger hole in the boat for the shifter install. The throttle you need to run a longer cable since the cable enters the top of the throttle. I used a 20ft 33c Hardin marine cable then used a adapter on the motor side. Main thing...

No kidding looking like a nice weekend too! I'm at a loss, going to run wire through the water ports and then I'm out of ideas.

Yes the heat gun matches the gauge for the side that is idling at normal temp. I'm wondering what else could be plugged up here? Is it a blockage or incoming water or a blockage of outgoing water... If I run the garden hose wide open at idle both sides run about 72 degrees, when I throttle it...

I should note too that it did this same thing before I pulled the heads, powerhead, adapter plate ect. I also ran it on the lake before I did all that and ABOVE 3000rpm the passenger side head would also climb temperature quickly. Running at idle or just on plane it would maintain a constant...

Yes I took the poppet apart again, clean as can be. I have not tried another heat sensor. Are you talking about one that the computer would be reading or my gauge? I'm also using a infrared temp gun to keep a eye on the head temps. Wouldn't this picture indicate that it is running richer on side...

So that is just caused by the computer trying to keep those cylinders cooler by adding more fuel? Once I get the water blockage problem figured out it will return back to normal?

Alright I got it off without lifting the powerhead no issues. So I found half a acorn shell in the bottom of the cover lodged in the square hole. Other than that, nothing. I can blow through all the ports. I also took the poppet back out to clarify nothing was behind there and also blew through...
