12' Talon on xb03

After lots of himing and hawing im going to throw one on, its an extra 50ish lbs on the ***-end but after having the 8' on my last boat (gambler) its a must have,I dont want to be wishing it was there everytime it would come in handy.I expect to lose a few mph but no biggy as long as it doesnt feel like im draging an anchor.I will post a report later after I use it for a bit.

I have an 8' on my 21. you'll definitely have to move some weight around. I don't think you'll notice much top end loss, but hole shot suffers

Well ran it once, much quieter than the 8'!!!! Noise was my only dislike of the 8',this you can barely hear.I run butt heavy and noticed it dragged on holeshot , I installed the bracket so it hung 1" below my jackplate but am going to move it up to approximately 1" above .Once running it didn't seem to hurt performance much or feel sluggish at all.
