Just put a Holley with electric choke on a project truck. I need 12v power when key switch is in on position ONLY. Everything I meter on firewall terminal block is hot all the time. Ideas?

Could you use the wire going to the distributor? I assume it is an HEI. I haven't messed with stuff for a little while.

Instructions poopoo on that saying it is regulated to 9 volts?? Don't know why I read instructions...I will meter it and see.
Oh. You might be able to trip a relay with it.

Yeah. It only runs on 4 cylinders when the choke is closed....Not.
