Just going to post some pics and details on my adventure of restoring my new to me XB2002. Feel free to give me suggestions, as I will probably have a few questions.
Trying this from my iPhone(if nothing shows up, I'll post pics from home)
What I've done so far:
-Replaced all plumbing and pumps for bilge, aerator, and fill pumps(had to pull the tank)
-Replaced the hull drain insert. (Old one was pitted up)
-Replaced all gauges and put in a depth finder
- Fixed all the wiring/replaced main switch panel and switches, front troll plate and switches, made the inspection plate for the transducer out of carbon fiber(just because)
-Ordered all new rod locker latches
-pulled all the carpet and ordered new from Bill(charcoal w/blue border)
-Currently sanding/scraping old glue off.
-Ordered custom engine cowl decals for the fresh 225 PM going on it
-Ordered new bench seat and driver seat cover
Plan on tackling the power head swap this weekend (injectors sent to get flowed)
