I am getting ready to sell a 1996 225 Promax drop-on powerhead. The motor runs great and is very strong. I have just installed Chris Carson Reed valves in it. Other than that it is bone stock and has never been into. I estimate that the motor has about 125-150 hours on it. I have ran it on my Allison for the last two summers and I usually only run to a sandbar about 1.5 miles from my camp. The motor cranks great and idles perfect. I am selling this powerhead because I ran across a deal on a 260 powerhead that I couldn't refuse. I am posting it on this website to gauge interest. I will be posting compression numbers on all six cylinders and pictures of the powerhead later. I try not to mislead anyone on anything I sell and will answer any questions that you may have on the motor to the best of my ability. This will make someone a great motor to bolt to their mid and lower and go. I am asking $3400 plus the ride. I also have a two piece adaptor plate and tuner
