2.5 Lower unit.....

Hey guys, what kind of lower unit is this? I know it isn't a sportmaster but I also don't think it is a moded unit, or is it?

thanks, it is a sweet case, sad thing is the threads are stripped. does anyone know if anyone is good enough to weld them up and cut new threads? or is this nice case junk?

I've heard this guy can do it, but I have not used him...maybe someone here has and can give feedback.
