2006 200xs 15”

Does anyone have an idea on when it’s time for a rebuild? Always Klotz oil ran in it..I don’t have a clue as far as hours but I have ran the piss out of it. It still feels strong but I don’t want to blow it up. It’s on a xb2002 that I have fished a many a tournament out of. Thanks for your input!

Yes original compressor, what kind of leak down should I be seeing on a healthy motor?

How many hours do you have on your engine? I lost #5 cylinder on my 2002 200xs at 499 hours. My friend is on his third 2002 200xs powerhead. I believe all his blew before 300hrs...

I don’t know the hours but it’s a lot, what was causing the motors to blow up?

Leak down less than 10%
If I had a Gen 1 200XS I would change the compressor now. My Gen 2 had the compressor recall early so I don’t know when to replace next
