I have a line on what claims to be a 1998 3.0 225 but I can't find a serial number. The little plate on the mounting bracket is gone. Seems like I remember one time there being a number stamped in a freeze plug looking cap on top on the block on one of my older 200s. The engine looks clean, has what looks like a Bob's nose cone/low water setup and SVS intake.
The thing is on a boat that may be a Rapidcraft--looks like a pull off a training wheel Stream. Boat might have been built in Jax. Don't really want the boat but I'd like the engine and trailer IF it's not hot. Any of you J-Ville guys ever heard of Rapidcraft?
