1998 300PM Offshore 20inch 1.62RH fat-shaft SportMaster
1998 300 ProMax Offshore with complete NEW 2004 Sport master with 1.62gears. I purchased Skater21 combo early in 2005 from Lee(Osprey) and plan to upgrade to a new 300XS this summer. This OS has the trim pump mounted inside the hull. I rebuilt the engine all with factory Mercury parts including new rings, gaskets, rod bearings, 6 new type ignition coils, etc. Engine is totally stock. Approximately 40 hours run time in the last 2 summers since rebuild. Compression at 1350elevation is 115 +/- a few when using a digital compression tester. Before purchased former owner had compression test done at sea level and he reported 120+ in all cylinders except #3 which was the reason I did the rebuild. Presently mounted and I can start the engine. Located in Western Pennsylvania ZIP code 15613.
