I really couldn't tell you if it has been or not in the past. I haven't had it long and can tell you that it has not been worked since I've had it. It didn't run like I had expected a 30p to run and instead of having it worked to my liking I decided to sell it. PM me for additional information if still interested. Thanks, Jarrod.
