The Promax has a Brucato ACU and VST delete and 145 psi heads and seems to run better. I left it on the same short shaft mid. I am sure it will burn a little more fuel than the X motor though. I wish the X hadnt blown up, I loved it

Well I had my second cruise with the 250 Pro XS on the back. Taking it easy with the new sporty and letting the gears mesh a bit. Crazy how efficient and smooth she runs! With the runs I have taken i have used 10 gal of gas. With the ole ProMax I would have easily used over 20 gallons!
