It's a fishermans board for measuring fish. usually in tournaments. Very useful.

At the WAR this year Mike a Stoker owner arranged a tournament Wednesday night for Thursday morning. Then told everybody my Champion was the prize. 2 Stokers 1 Bullet 2 Allisons and my boat. Hadn't been in a boat for 8 months, didn't fish for over a year+. Ye, if course I won, couldn't let them take my wife's boat! Lesson, don't screw with an OLD, Allison boat owner, even if he fishes out of his Champion.
