its a book by Darris that explains how to drive an allison and tons of other usefull allison spacific info.:beer: Its a great read!!

It was written by Darris Allison but also has input/editing from Jim Barnes, former sales manager from years back. Some of its info is suspect, IMHO. That may be why Allison no longer offers it. Still a good read though and full of useful information...you just cannot take it as the end-all. It should be considered a good "starting point".

I'm pretty sure the Red Book was written by F. Scott Fitzgerald. When he speaks of 'low water pick-ups' its really a metaphor for 'life sucks'.
Now THAT'S funny.
