Bench seat stuck in xb-2003

Anybody ever have their seat get stuck? I imagine mine's been in too long and got corroded. Being a '95, it has that lip on the floor under the front edge of the seat making it hard to get anything in there to pry, and I don't wanna break anything. I can reach in the rear access hole and feel the bracket where the post is sitting in underneath, I may try to get some penetrating oil in there if I can reach and spray up and see what happens. Any tips? Thanks,

Hey Brian, try running two flat straps (rachet style) under each side. They should feed through so you that get even leverage while your trying to pull straight up. It Should pop right out.

Try to spray some penetrating oil on the seat post and let it sit for several hours. Then put straps under seat and try to pull straight up. Good luck!

Had the same problem with my 95, the straps worked
