Down Size picture

Can anyone tell me how to down size picture for this site. Turn camera down all the way, but still to big. want send.

i use a host, image shack to be exact. you can upload to them and then copy-paste the correct forum size. click on my pics in the restoration forum and youll see. very easy. mt
