I notice some 'wiggle' in the prop (30P ET) when I was checking the prop for any issues at the end of the day. The plastic insert has some looseness in it, causing the prop to wiggle a little (shaft is solid and straight).

I will replace the Flo-Torq hub this week, but was wondering if this is common? How often (if ever) do you replace your hub? How much wiggle (if any) is acceptable?

Thanks!

Scott get the high Performance hub kit for the std shaft (1") It is a metal insert not plastic and that should do it. Mercury Hub Kit for + 400 h.p. is the one ya need...

Todd... is this the one (835258Q1)?

If you sell these, I would buy it from you. Love to support those who help us out. Let me know if you have one and I can pay via PayPal.

I'm guessing the mentioned std 1 inch shaft is the small shaft? If so, I didn't know Merc offered a steel flo torq insert

+1 for solid insert, mine did the same thing twice. Solid hub solved it.
