I know but that's not what I was really asking. Why to 56 like a drag if he's running stock 280 ports and such?

Ok ok this modded Beast needs fuel plenty of fuel with this set up I guess:) " I have no idea dude I think the main reason is the 849849 ecus require the black regulator.

Not all of them, Mike...A1 and A5 require the gold. Your A8 for sure requires the black one, though.

I am just grass hopper following buying directions from a great sensi!! :) lol no serious his boat hauls butt and his set puts out the Hp"s all this heard not from him but others he a pretty humble fellow. And becoming a great friend !!

Mike I'm not saying you're going the wrong route. Just questioning. There is a big difference from 39#s of pressure to 56#s of pressure. Alot more fuel for the same ports heights. Even with some compression. More fuel than needed kills horsepower.

Better atomization of fuel = more horsepower for a drag motor / highly ported motor....
56# works better on these type motors...
