I posted this same message but got no input a few months ago. I purchased 2 new group 31s for my trolling motor. I had a heck of a time inserting them into the space provided in my BassPort pro. In fact, I couldn't do it by myself, I had to call my fishing buddy for help. We eventually did a sort of "sling harness" to get them in the two spaces. Any input on an easy way to install them? If I wind up keeping this boat, eventually it will need new batteries. Has anyone installed 31s in a Bassport Pro and if so, how did you do it?

Thanks,
Robert

Either start lifting weights OR buy a single Lithium Pro 24v @ 31.5LB which will most likely last you well over 10 years!!!

Robert, would group 27's help much at all in the space saving aspect..?

I Googled lithium pro's for my xb02... One 12v cranker (only 600cca) and a 24volt for the TM would set a dude back about $3k, that's for the small offerings... Up it it a big troller batt and we're in the upper $3's... ummm, no.......
