My guess is there's a boat in the other lane that you're hearing. If you listen real close you can still hear the merc.

That's what I was thinking too, but sometimes people like to add "effects"... The Drag needed a lil' less trim too..

Obviously, while no one was paying attention, merc slipped in the new 502 c.i. outboard...Reminds me of that movie, "The Italian Job", when theyre running that merc outboard through the canals, and dubbed it with the IO sound...or pretty much any James Bond movie. Kool link Bspreezy, thanks!
