Merc 280 block "new"

For sale is a new mercury 280 bareblock, 7/16/12 date code so it is a 2013 model year, this block was assembled as a shortblock and dropped on the starter mount, the starter mount and the bottom of the reed gasket area has been cosmetically repaired, repairs to the front half only.

As we know these are NLA from Mercury
