Motor Toter / Stabilzer question

Thank you, just got a set for 10.95. I have the old style support bar already so these would be best for me instead of making the spend for the new style others have in this thread.
One thing to note is with the new style it does not look like it transfers the motor weight to the trailer...I do like that about the old style...

The flip side of the old style transferring the motor weight to the trailer, is that it also transfers every jolt in the road to the lower unit.

Here is a 225x Short shaft on my xb2003 . I'm not sure what brand it is as it was on the boat when I bought it last year. I will see if I can find out. It works great.
