Need you help in the safety forum

Most of you guys know how to best check your rig before use because you know or have seen what happens when something goes wrong. We are trying to develop a pre-flight checklist over in the safety forum and could really use some help. If anyone has a list they would share or ideas on what to check it would be greatly appreciated.
