Ty, what is your load, what are you looking for in a prop, and is the 300 a 2 or 4 stroke?

LOL, I have lots of opinions about props for the 20 footers but I know nothing about the 21s. Fastbass Marine knows.

If it's a 2 stroke, I'd tell you that a X-OB from hydromotive is the way to go. But ive not ran a 4 stroke. However, I'm sure Todd at Hydromotive can fix you up.

That's an OT in the pic. X-OB is probably a better choice for a 21, especially with the torque of a 4 stroke on it.
