This question could be either in the prop or engine section. I started running my '87 XTB with a new, stock 13 3/4" X 26"P Trophy. Top RPM's: around 6200, GPS says 82mph. I picked up a used 14" X 26" Chopper 1 last year,GPS reads around 80mph, Hmmmm......6200RPM's. Am I hitting the rev. limiter on my stock '97 2.5 200EFI? I have to full factory manual and can't find the info. there. How does one find out such things?
Also, I see a lot of discussion about "Allison cut" choppers. What are they and would I see a benifit?
