I have the pole and hardware. The only thing I'm missing is the two pins you drill and mount on the rear deck the pole secures too. Anybody have these or what a alternative would be?

I had these once on a boat that I sold and needed more, I called the factory and told them that I needed more for that reason and the lady asked for my address and sent me some free of charge. Done the same thing a few years later and they just laughed at me and said that it would be $45.00 for new ones. Amazing how a crappy economy does for customer service. Awesome, flatoutally, thats what I call helping a brother out!
