Hey guys
I have for sale a 2.5 SM case only. Blew up the gears and decided to go a different route with replacement. As you can seein the pics about three years ago I threw a blade that caught cavitation plate, it was fixed by JC and he did a super job, it's perfect now. Also I scrubbed off the bottom leading edge of the skeg on the concrete when trailering too low. Been running it that way on an Allison XB2003 with a 280 for 5 years and it runs fine, but if you want to fix it I'll allow for that in the price.
In the 4th pic it's not a crack or bad area on the side of the lower unit, it's where the lube has come out and stained when I have changed it
Will throw in a good water pump housing for a 280 (large tube)
Seen empty cases in good condition on S&F for $700 - $1000. Will sell this one for $450 shipped in the contenental US.
