I am in need of a 40amp push button circuit breaker for the trolling motor wiring. I have not been able to find a push button type that is rated at 40amps local or on the marine websites I have checked. I guess I can replace with an inline type instead. Just curious if anyone has baught one in the past. This is on a '90 model XTB.
Thanks

I use automatic breakers from NAPA on my equipment, Echlin I think. If something crosses and they get hot they'll break and then reset when they cool down. I'm sure they're not marine rated though.

allison sells one..the only thing I don't like about it is the lugs are small for the size wire I run up to TM..the older one, original, had larger lugs on it..

CIRCUIT BREAKER

I use the same breaker also, I purchased it from West Marine and it is completely sealed.
