Last winter/spring Overtons had a special with mounted tires and free shipping. Maybe they will have it again if you are not in any big hurry. I got the aluminum wheels with Goodyear Marathon tires mounted & delivered for not much more than I could buy tires for locally.

Trailertiresandweeels.com I bought a set from them last year. They are hi-spec brand but I think they have others. Seem to have very good prices.
