Been going thru some motor issues for going on 3 years now...replaced all sorts of parts, with no improvement.
My 260 on my xb2002 used to flat out scream. Not so much for the past 3 years...fuel and or electrical issues would not let me get over 6k rpm..so I have only been running in the 80s...lol
Last month I had my injectors checked at Brucato, and they were way off! So far out of spec that the injectors were so rich that they were suprised my motor ran at all, I also had the ACU dip switches out of whack.
They fixed the injectors and my ACU..and I re-installed them last week.
I have only fired it up on the hose since then, and my 260 sounds like she is ready to scream again.
Just got to get the time to go lake test, now I am thinking will she run like back in the day??
