Gotta give credit where credit is due......this is the best stuff I've ever seen when it comes to making the textured areas in our boats shine. Kinda pricey, but it seems to go a long way. And it WORKS.

I have read a little about it. Does it leave a white residue if you get it on the rub rail?

No residue at all. It's more like a really thick vinyl protectant. A small scrub brush helps to work it into the grain and then just wipe off. Surprisingly, it's recommended and works really good on aluminum and stainless too. I've used an awful lot of different products over the years, this one is impressive!

I've been using this for a while now. Really nice stuff. The odor alone is worth the price. And how can you not buy a product called "Woody Wax"???

I didn't know that (obviously didn't read the instructions, imagine that). Think I'll go back and shine up my jackplate with it too.
