Xb2003 how’s it ride without the trolling motor

I have a 94 xb2003 I’m curious to how it handles without the trolling motor anyone run them without it? Any info will be helpful I’m running a mod 260 with a 20 inch offshore 1 1/2 above no lip on the bad

I loved my xb2003 without a troller and I love my xb21 without a troller... they just feel good

I have a 1994 XB2003 no troller just the quick release piece. Center steer, seat bolted to the floor. Handled fine.

They handle better and run a little faster, I use a quick release bracket.

That’s the same one I got I’m going to cut the foot tray in the floor next kinda wish I went with the sea deck that looks really nice

Depending on how you boat is setup you may have to add some weight for balance. On mine holeshot was a slight bit worse, no weight to hold the bow down.

I have two trolling batteries in the wings I think I’m going to set them in the front of the gas tank with the starting batterie

if you have stock lip I’d leave them in the rear of the wings.

Same mount I have also. I swap the troller between boats sometimes. Easy Pezy.
