YA, this is the first time I’ve been to a drag race where only outboards ran. It truly was a great time for me. Even though A-man didn’t win he did great. The losses weren’t measured in boat lengths, they were measured in inches and sometimes a few feet. I have never seen such close racing. It was great to have a chance to talk to old friends and make a few new one’s. I was like a kid in a candy store looking over everybody’s setup. I did take pictures and picked up some good ideas that I will be using.
