I have 2.5 260 cut to 300 drag spects and need to no what chip should I run wit a 39 pound regulator

yep, but you should really change to a 56 lb reg, and a 63 chip. depending how high you spin it. JMO

Yep, thats the correct chip for the 11350 box. The 849849 would use an A5 or A6 curve depending on which reg. Also be aware that your fuel setting will be dictated somewhat by the amount of compression you intend to run and if you run race fuel or pump. A tall prop or short gear will require more fuel than a smaller prop or high ratio gear.
