Guys I was wondering, I am about to install some hydraulic on my 21' and wondered how the steering wheel works out. Must I get a new one, or an adapter? Where can I get a good one? Can I get a newer allison wheel for a reasonable price? what about the hoses, are they routed on the same side or opposite sides of the rig? I am lost as you can tell and any info would greatly taken.

I run the hoses down each side to fill the holes already in the boat. Cross the lines on the helm, and cross them back on the motor. That way there is more hose exposed out of the hull. This way when you turn the hose will be longer, and put a wider bend in it.. Otherwise the hose gets bent up a lot more.... I bought a new wheel years ago when I did mine, but I think some guys where buying or making an adaptor to use the older style wheel.. The newer style wheel you have to pretty much use the blinker style trim switches...

I'm sure some guys will chime in Adam....
