SPD663,
My fishin' bud has the exact same boat as yours and exact same engine. Fastest prop, so far, on his is a 4 blade Hoss Hyperdrive in 30 pitch. Second fastest prop is a 30 pitch Lightning ET. 96 and 98 mph, both bumping the limiter. He changed out his ECU to a Brucato ECU and we are now spinning it to 7200, but using 28pitch props (good for fishin' load).
It will cost about $250 to $400 to get your limiter re-set. If it were me, I'd sure consider a Brucato ACU or ECU, but I would not spin the engine much tighter than 7200 because it has cast, side pin pistons. With new, forged, top pin pistons you could really spin it up. Don't mess with props until you figure out what you are going to do with the limiter, then prop away!
Just my $.02
