I got one too, and you can read till your blue in the face,balance your boat correctly(set up) with you in it, get you a good prop, run your propshaft 1/2 below to even, and go burngas, mine doesn't drive like it on rails till about even with the pad, too a litttle above. take your time, I would really go above pad on height till you know whats about to happen, if you get that front dip.
