I honestly wonder why that is since a V-21 will run low teens with a strong 2.5?
I've seen a few V-21's but never side by side a GS or XB2003...from what I remember though the V-21 is still not quite as big as my GS. Seems as though the V-21 has a narrower profile and is not quite as deep.

All I do know, is that mine will get over a hundred very quickly with a 28, but I can hold it there for a couple miles, up down on the trim and it won't keep climbing. That's with 3 different motors...a 260 with a lake cut and port work, a fresh stock 260, and a stock worn out 260.

(The 2nd and 3rd are the same, just have 5 years of use. :LMAO:)

120 with a 200 is more than a stretch IMO.. talmadge ran 126-128 but he had the juice. that was in the 1/4 tho.. i think 130 with a modified drag on race fuel would be easier than 120 with a stock 200...... atleat the stock 200's i have ran. i guess it depends on what you call stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm calling it my PROstock mota. BONE stock 200. modified fuel curve. 32cc heads. 16amp charging. aluminum flywheel BUT not lightned. stock injection. modified tuner.

basically I'm runnin a 150-5 psi 200 with a drag fuel curve and some timing.

as far as 120 being attainable. I can get mine close to that with the revs over 8K on a stock ported 200 with a big gearcase. next go round will be with a XR6 case and a taller gear. probably more pitch also.

Anybody heard anything bout the 200 hp shootout ???????
From the looks of the pics on S&F, I don't think a single dang 200 showed up. Someone said on the thread that there were a lot of "new" looking 200 decals there, though. :LMAO: :LMAO: :LMAO:
